Dear friends who export to Saudi Arabia, an important notice has arrived!
Recently, Saudi Arabia's SASO officially released an email announcing the full migration of JEEM and IECEE certification systems to a new digital platform - Maneh!
The old platform has completely stopped accepting new business, and all new applications, enterprise registrations, and model additions can only be processed on the new platform Maneh!
Existing business that has been submitted but not yet completed can still be processed on the old platform.
Maneh platform
Positioning: Maneh is positioned as the core of SASO's digital transformation, integrating advanced features such as automated auditing, real-time progress tracking, and centralized document management. Authorized conformity assessment agencies (CBs) can operate directly, and importers can also complete multiple types of applications in a single interface.
In the initial stage of the new platform's launch, its operational stability still needs to be improved! According to SASO officials and the first batch of users' feedback, the current review efficiency is significantly lower than the old system, the application cycle is generally prolonged, and the process of material correction and online confirmation is also more time-consuming.
The more direct consequence is that some importers have reported that the customs clearance documents were not obtained on time, and everyone must be mentally prepared!
SASO has stated that it will continue to optimize, but please remember: Maneh is already the only qualified assessment application channel for market access in Saudi Arabia!

Which businesses will be affected?
The impact of this system switch is far-reaching. In the future, all new SASO certification service applications will be processed through the Maneh platform, mainly including:
1. Quality Mark License (Saudi Arabia Quality Mark Certification)
2. Certificate of Recognition IECEE, covering a wide range of products:
Various lighting products: LED spotlights, track lights, etc
Electrical appliances: TV/monitor, dishwasher, electric fryer, circuit breaker, etc
IT and power products: power adapters, power banks, mobile phones, tablets, etc
3. Water Conservation Card (Water Conservation Certification)
