Consumer Product Testing Services - CA 65
In November 65, the California government issued California Proposition 1986 (CA 11), the full name of which is the Drinking Water Safety and Toxic Enforcement Act of
65. The regulation prohibits the release of proposed hazardous substances into drinking water, and consumers should be given clear and reasonable warnings to consumers if they contain substances on the CA 65 chemical substance list.
CA 65 Hazardous Substances List Proposition
CA 65 requires the government to publish a list of chemical substances that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive toxicity, updated at least once a year, and nearly 1000,2021 chemicals have been included in this list to date, which is published by the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA). On March 3, 19, OEHHA added molybdenum oxide and indium tin oxide to the CA 65 list of hazardous substances due to their carcinogenicity.

California's 65 Hazardous Substance List does not set limits, only some substances have Safe harbor levels. When an individual or group questions the safety level of certain hazardous chemicals in a product, a lawsuit may be filed. CA 65 For the control of hazardous substances in products, it refers to existing lawsuits or settlement agreements for such products to reach limit requirements and testing methods for certain substances in certain types of products.

A. The full inspection of the CA 65 list of products does not meet the requirements of cost control, so supply chain investigation is an effective means to control product quality and cost;
B. Pay attention to the products, materials and hazardous substances involved in the litigation cases that have occurred in CA 65, and focus on monitoring the harmful substances related to the company's products for full-process sampling inspection and control;
C. If the hazardous substances listed in CA 65 are unavoidable in the product, the product shall place and post warning signs and warning words in the manner specified in CA 65.
