Measure whether the size of the light source lamp head meets the requirements of IEC60061-1

The lamp head gauge is used to measure the size of the light source lamp head to ensure compliance with the requirements of IEC60061-1 standard. The following are the measurement steps:

 

1. Preparation work
Choose the appropriate gauge: Select the corresponding gauge based on the type of lamp head.

Clean the lamp head and gauge: Ensure that there are no impurities affecting the measurement.

 

2. Measurement steps
Insert lamp head: Insert the lamp head into the corresponding position of the gauge.

Check coordination: The lamp head should be able to be inserted smoothly without obvious looseness or tightness.
