The walk-in temperature (humidity) test room is specifically designed for testing aviation, aerospace, automotive electronics, electrical products, materials, large components, etc. It is used for accelerated humidity and heat tests, alternating humidity and heat tests, constant humidity and heat tests, as well as high and low temperature routine tests, cold resistance tests, and low temperature storage, in order to evaluate and analyze the performance and behavior under the specified environmental conditions during the test.
1、 Concept of walk-in temperature box testing
Step in temperature test is used to determine the adaptability of large equipment (vehicle temperature testing) and electronic products, as well as various electronic components, to storage, transportation, and use under high temperature climate conditions, and to test their performance indicators. The severity of the experiment depends on the high temperature and exposure duration.
2、 Technical parameters
Temperature range: -70 ℃ to 150 ℃ (some models reach -100 ℃).
Temperature control accuracy: ± 0.5 ℃, maximum heating/cooling rate of 25 ℃/min.
Humidity control: 10%~98% RH, fluctuation ± 3% RH.
