The Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines (MINEM) issued Ministerial Resolution No. 215-2026-MINEM/DM on May 20, 2026, approving modifications to the certification documents for four LED public lighting fixtures and approving an additional certification document for one LED public lighting fixture.


 

This resolution is based on Peru's legal framework in energy efficiency, public procurement standardization, and certification processes, and has received technical support and praise from the Peruvian Procurement Agency.
