According to the document CQC-C0201.02-2014 "Implementation Rules for Compulsory Product Certification - Electrical Accessories - Household and Similar Purpose Plug and Socket", the quality control testing requirements for household and similar purpose plug and socket factories are as follows:
（1） Routine inspection is a 100% inspection of products on the production line in the final stage of production. Usually, after inspection, no further processing is carried out except for packaging and labeling. Confirmation inspection is a sampling inspection conducted to verify that the product continuously meets the requirements of the standard. Confirmation testing should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the standard;
（2） Routine inspections are allowed to be conducted using equivalent and rapid methods determined after verification;
（3） When confirming the inspection, if the factory does not have testing equipment, a laboratory can be commissioned for testing.

Note:
1) The polarity check of routine inspection only needs to be tested for non detachable plugs, sockets, and converters with polarity systems. The test method can be found in Appendix A, A.2 of the GB/T2099.1 standard.
2) The grounding continuity of routine inspection only needs to be tested for non detachable plugs, sockets, and converters with polarity systems. The test method can be found in Appendix A, A.3 of the GB/T2099.1 standard.
3) The electrical strength test does not require prior humidity treatment. The electrical strength test for routine inspection only tests non detachable plugs, sockets, and converters with polarity systems. The electrical strength test method for routine inspection can be found in Appendix A, A.4 of the GB/T2099.1 standard. An electrical strength test is also required between the phase line (L) and the neutral line (N) (except for products with electronic components such as indicator lights and USB modules), using the test method in Appendix A, A.4.
4) Only one production of the same material and supplier. If the following "Non metallic Material Certification Document Requirements" supporting documents can be provided, the confirmation inspection of this project can be exempted.
5) Production enterprises should have testing equipment that meets the requirements of routine testing.
