Recently, Southern Lite On successfully passed the review of the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and was officially listed in the CPSC's official accredited laboratory list. It has the qualification for children's product testing under CPSIA regulations and can issue testing reports recognized by CPSC to support the processing of CPC children's product certificates.


 

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is the federal consumer product safety regulatory agency in the United States. According to the CPSIA Act, products such as children's toys and baby products entering the US market must undergo designated project testing by CPSC accredited laboratories. The report is the core basis for CPC certification, import clearance, and market supervision verification.


 

This recognition represents that our laboratory fully meets regulatory requirements such as 16CFR Part 1112 in terms of system control, personnel capabilities, equipment traceability, testing methods, and data authenticity. The test results can be officially accepted by the US Customs and CPSC.
