How to choose materials for plastic parts of small household appliances with various functional requirements?
The plastic parts of small household appliances play a significant role in the entire product:
As the main anti electric shock insulation material during use, it needs to withstand high voltage.
As the main framework for preventing mechanical injuries, it is prone to wear and tear due to frequent contact during use.
Long term exposure to water, oil, and salt can cause corrosion.
Long term use at high temperatures can lead to aging.
Long term exposure to light can cause discoloration and loss of luster, thus requiring materials with strong appearance, good scratch resistance, easy processing, and high cost-effectiveness.

PP: Low cost, good fluidity, but poor dimensional stability.
