1. What is the low pressure test?
Low-pressure test is a test method that uses equipment to simulate high-altitude low-pressure environment and quickly verifies the adaptability of products in storage, transportation and use in low-pressure environment. Through low-pressure test, design defects of products can be found at an early stage and the failure rate of products in practical use can be reduced.
Low pressure test is a test in which the test sample is put into the test chamber, and then the air pressure in the chamber is reduced to the value specified in the relevant standards and maintained for a specified duration.
2. Why do you want to do a low pressure test?
In the natural environment, the atmospheric pressure will decrease with the increase of altitude. When automobile electronics, aviation products, batteries and various components are stored or used at high altitude or high altitude, they may be affected by the comprehensive influence of external temperature and air pressure, resulting in changes in the physical characteristics of products, such as expansion and rupture of materials, air leakage or liquid leakage in sealed cavities, and so on, thus causing product failure.
3. What is the purpose of low pressure test?
Its purpose is mainly to determine the adaptability of components, equipment or other products to low-pressure environment during storage, transportation and use. Usually called high altitude test, low pressure test, etc.

6. Equipment capacity
Temperature range: -60℃~150℃
Humidity range: 10% ~ 98% RH (controllable humidity at 10℃ ~ 90℃)
Air pressure range: 0.5 kpa ~ 100 kpa (5 mbar ~ 1 bar)
Working dimensions: 800 (width) x 800 (depth) x 850 (height) mm.
Other capabilities: A Ø50mm power hole is installed to power on and monitor the prototype.
