Attention when leaving Singapore, regarding smart sockets, Singapore has updated CPSR related guidance requirements to specify whether smart socket category products can be registered. Previous documents only explained that the main power socket (i.e. conventional wall socket) and portable socket (usually row socket) should not be registered, which means that these two categories cannot be intelligent products with remote control; 

At present, the guidance requires the addition of controlled products such as multi-channel conversion sockets, coilers, and single channel conversion plugs with USB, which cannot be remotely controlled;

Another point to note is:

This single channel conversion plug with USB is controlled by the AC adapter throughout the product, and is evaluated according to power standards as an adapter

The plug and socket are evaluated according to the module to meet the requirements of 11 and 14

Single channel intelligent conversion socket, not within the control range, evaluated according to SS 145-3 standard
