The high and low temperature test, also known as the high and low temperature cycle test, is a part of environmental reliability testing. It mainly simulates the high and low temperature changes in the natural environment to test the heat resistance, cold resistance, and dry resistance of the product. Generally, it includes high temperature test, low temperature test, and temperature and humidity change test.

In certain environments, temperatures can sometimes be high and sometimes low. This constantly changing temperature environment can affect the functionality, performance, quality, and service life of products, accelerate product aging, and shorten their service life. If the product is exposed to such alternating high and low temperature environments for a long time, it needs to have sufficient ability to resist high and low temperature cycles.

What are the general requirements for determining high and low temperature tests?

1. The product surface has no defects such as damage or deformation. If the surface is coated, there should be no peeling, bubbling, or discoloration of the coating.

2. For plastic parts, there are no cracks, bubbles, or deformations on the surface.

3. Rubber products have no signs of aging, bonding, softening, or cracking.

4. There is no flow phenomenon in the welding parts of the product parts.

5. The product performance data and structural functions meet the technical requirements and should not have any other defects that hinder the normal operation of the product.
