Recently, there have been rumors that new energy vehicles have strong radiation, and long-term use of such vehicles can lead to cancer. It is reported that this statement has no scientific basis.
New energy vehicles do indeed have radiation, but their radiation levels are within a safe range. The country has strict limit requirements for electromagnetic radiation, and any vehicle must undergo "EMC testing" before being put on the market, which comprehensively evaluates the interference level and anti-interference ability of electronic products in the electromagnetic field. The current national standard for magnetic field radiation safety limits is set at 100 μ T. The safety standard for electric field radiation is 5000V/m, while the magnetic field radiation in the front row of new energy vehicles is generally 0.8-1.0 μ T. Rear row is 0.3-0.5 μ T. The electric field radiation of various parts inside the car is less than 5V/m. A formal test that meets national standards can fully ensure that the electromagnetic radiation level of electronic products on the vehicle is within the national standards.
