2026 Half Year Summary and Commendation Conference
On September 20th, the Lixun Testing Group's 2026 Half Year Summary and Commendation Conference was held at its headquarters, with Ningbo and Suzhou attending simultaneously via online connection. The conference is divided into two sessions: the morning business session and the afternoon engineering session. It comprehensively reviews the work achievements of the first half of the year, recognizes advanced collectives and individuals, clarifies the direction of work for the second half of the year, and further consolidates team strength.

Morning session · Business section
At 9:30 am, the business segment meeting started on time. After the host introduced the agenda of the conference, each executive in the business sector reported their work in turn. The job description closely focuses on the achievement of business goals, market development progress, customer service improvement, and team building effectiveness in the first half of the year. It uses data and performance to summarize achievements, analyze existing problems and shortcomings in depth, and propose improvement ideas and key measures for the second half of the year.
After the job reporting session, a recognition and award ceremony will be held for the business sector. The group leaders presented honors to the award-winning personnel, and the atmosphere on site was solemn and warm. The awardees will deliver 1-2 minute acceptance speeches one after another, expressing that the achievement of honor cannot be separated from the support of the team and the cultivation of the company. The next step is to continue to focus on their positions, work hard, and repay the trust of the company with better performance.
General Manager Wu of the group delivered a concluding speech at the business sector meeting. He first fully affirmed the work achievements of the business team in the first half of the year and congratulated the advanced models who were commended. He pointed out that in the face of fierce market competition, all business personnel should always maintain crisis awareness and enterprising spirit, anchor the annual goals unwaveringly, actively expand new customers and markets on the basis of consolidating existing advantages, and make every effort to promote business scale to a new level.
Chairman Qiu of the Group delivered his final speech, emphasizing that "the market will not wait, and achievements must be refreshed. The Group provides maximum support in resource guarantee and mechanism incentives, and hopes that everyone can follow the lead and achieve their goals with a nail in the nail spirit, proving themselves with numbers and performance. Afternoon session · Engineering section
At 2:30 pm, the engineering sector meeting was held as scheduled. Senior executives in the engineering department report their work in sequence around project delivery, technical quality, safety production, team collaboration, etc. They systematically review the completion of key tasks in the past six months, extract experience and practices, analyze weak links, and clarify improvement directions and implementation plans for the second half of the year.
In the subsequent recognition and award ceremony of the engineering sector, the group commended the engineering teams and individuals who performed outstandingly in the Electronic and Electrical Engineering Technology Competition of the Engineering Department. The award-winning representative stated in their speech that honor is not only an encouragement but also a motivation. In the future, they will continue to uphold a rigorous and meticulous work attitude, continuously improve their professional abilities, strictly control quality and delivery, and provide solid technical support for the development of the group's business.
Vice General Managers Huang, Ouyang, and Liu of the group delivered speeches at the engineering sector meeting. They emphasized that the engineering sector is an important support for the company's core competitiveness, and hope that all engineering personnel will continue to carry forward a professional, pragmatic, and responsible work style, strengthen their quality and responsibility awareness, continuously improve the overall combat effectiveness of the team, and lay a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development.
