Recently, Shenzhen Nanfang Lixun Testing Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Lixun Testing Group) has once again welcomed an authoritative breakthrough - not only has it officially obtained the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) lighting product accreditation qualification, but its "accreditation certification body" scope has also been expanded accordingly, with certification certificate number ARCB0146. Relevant information has been updated to the official roster of EMSD, providing key compliance support for customers to connect with the Hong Kong accessory product market.

Authoritative endorsement, the core guarantee of compliance in the Hong Kong market
The Electrical Products (Safety) Regulations (Chapter 406, Subsidiary Legislation) in Hong Kong are the core compliance basis for electrical products entering the Hong Kong market. EMSD, as a key department responsible for electrical safety supervision in the Hong Kong SAR government, has the qualification of a recognized certification body, which is the authoritative certificate for enterprises to provide relevant product testing and certification services.
The expansion of the scope of accreditation this time means that the accreditation information of Southern Lite On Laboratory has been officially updated to the EMSD "Accreditation Verification Group" roster, which can provide compliance testing and verification services for more categories of accessory products based on relevant standards, helping products quickly pass the entry threshold of the Hong Kong market.
This expansion covers multiple types of core electrical accessory products
All comply with international and Hong Kong standards:
● Plug/adapter: including reversible two pin plug, 13/5/15A three pin plug, etc., compatible with BS 546 and BS 1363 series standards;
Lighting equipment: emergency lighting fixtures, night lights, handheld lighting fixtures, etc., in accordance with the IEC 60598 series standards;
Information technology/audiovisual equipment: copiers, televisions, speakers, etc., in compliance with IEC 62368-1 standard;
● Switches/connectors: appliance switches, sockets, etc., according to IEC 61058-1 and IEC 60669-1 standards.
