Recently, Shenzhen Lixun Testing Co., Ltd. participated in the 25e33 Heating: Switches 12V DC 12A organized by the international proficiency testing organization IFM; 120V AC 60Hz 15A; The 240V AC 50Hz 15A capability verification test has achieved satisfactory results.
This proficiency test adopts the standard IEC 61058-1:2016. The following is IFM's specific evaluation of our company's proficiency test results:
1、 Requirements for switch heating test
According to electrical safety standards, the structural design of switches must strictly control the temperature rise under normal operating conditions to ensure that their temperature remains within a safe threshold range, in order to avoid risks such as fires and performance degradation caused by overheating. At the same time, the materials selected for the switch must have good heat resistance and stability. When operating for a long time in the rated temperature environment, there should be no deformation, aging, insulation failure, or other issues that affect the normal function and safety of the switch, thereby ensuring the reliability and stability of the product throughout its entire life cycle.
2、 Shenzhen Lixun Testing Laboratory Capability Verification Results
In the recent switch heating test capability verification organized by IFM, the designated organization of the International Electrotechnical Commission's Electrical Product Safety Certification System (IECEE), Shenzhen Lixun Testing Laboratory demonstrated excellent testing standards. The test data shows that the maximum absolute deviation rate (IZI) between all the submitted test results and the reference values is only 1.7817%, and more than 90% of the data have a deviation rate (IZI) below 1.0%, far exceeding the 3.0% error control standard set by the IFM organization. This data not only intuitively reflects the high precision and stability of the laboratory in temperature measurement, data acquisition, and analysis, but also demonstrates its ultra-high technical strength in experimental operation standardization, equipment calibration effectiveness, and other aspects, fully verifying the leading position of Lixun Laboratory among similar international testing institutions.

IFM (IFM Quality Services Pty Ltd), as the officially designated capability verification provider of the International Electrotechnical Commission's Electrical Product Safety Certification System (IECEE), plays a key role in the global field of electrical product testing. The capability verification project led by it focuses on improving the testing consistency, data reproducibility, and mutual trust level among CB system laboratories in various countries. This project imposes strict requirements on participating laboratories, not only requiring them to accurately interpret and strictly follow various testing standards, but also requiring them to have a deep understanding of core content such as technical resolutions and operational guidelines issued by IECEE. According to the IECEE certification rules, each CBTL (CB testing laboratory) must regularly participate in such international proficiency testing activities, ensuring the authority and effectiveness of CB testing and certification results worldwide through continuous competency assessments and technical benchmarking.
