On December 19th, 2023, Lithuania issued the Law No.I-1143 of the Republic of Lithuania on the control of tobacco, Tobacco products and related products), in which the expression of cigarette oil capacity limit requirements for e-cigarette products was changed, and "nicotine-containing" (containing nicotine) in the previous expression of e-cigarette oil was deleted. Therefore, the capacity requirement is also applicable to nicotine-free electronic cigarette products, that is, the capacity of special supplementary containers containing nicotine cannot exceed 10ml, and the capacity of disposable electronic cigarettes or disposable cigarette cartridges cannot exceed 2ml. This requirement will take effect on January 1, 2024.

　　1. Replace Article 922(1) to read as follows:

　　'(1) the liquid presented on the market only in dedicated e-cigarette refills with a volume not more than 10 millilitres in disposable electronic cigarettes, or in disposable capsules or tanks, and the volume of capsules or tanks is not greater than 2 millilitres;'.
