China's "national promotion" RoHS certification
"China RoHS certification", also known as "National RoHS certification", refers to the voluntary certification implemented by the country for the pollution control of electronic information products.
On February 2006, 2, the Administrative Measures for the Control of Pollution of Electronic Information Products (hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Measures) were officially promulgated and officially entered into force on March 28, 2007. The Administrative Measures determine that the control of six toxic and harmful substances, such as lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), contained in electronic information products, adopts the method of catalogue management, and gradually promotes the prohibition or restriction of their use. In order to cooperate with the effective development and implementation of the relevant work in the Administrative Measures, the Implementation Opinions on the Voluntary Certification of Pollution Control of Electronic Information Products Uniformly Implemented by the State and the Implementation Rules for the Voluntary Certification of Pollution Control of Electronic Information Products Uniformly Implemented by the State have been issued successively, and the Implementation Rules have clearly stipulated the standards and technical specifications for certification. On August 1, 1, CNCA and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly determined and issued the Implementation Rules for Voluntary Certification of Electronic Information Pollution Control Uniformly Implemented by the State and the Catalogue of Voluntary Certification for Pollution Control of Electronic Information Products Uniformly Implemented by the State.
Testing products: The first batch of products listed in the national promotion voluntary certification product catalog includes:
(2011) complete products such as computers, televisions, mobile user terminals and telephones;
(8) Capacitors, resistors, tubes and other components and component products;
(25) Mouse, keyboard, hard disk and other component products;
(1) PCB board, ink and other electronic material products.

. "中国RoHS认证"又称“国推RoHS认证”指：对于电子信息产品污染控制国家推行的自愿认证。
2006年2月28日，《电子信息产品污染控制管理办法》（以下简称《管理办法》）正式颁布，并已于2007年3月1日正式生效。《管理办法》确定了对电子信息产品中含有的铅、汞、镉、六价铬和多溴联苯（PBB）、多溴二苯醚（PBDE）等六种有毒有害物质的控制采用目录管理的方式，循序渐进地推进禁止或限制其使用。为配合《管理办法》中相关工作的有效开展和实施，《国家统一推行的电子信息产品污染控制自愿性认证实施意见》、《国家统一推行的电子信息产品污染控制自愿性认证实施规则》相继发布，《实施规则》对认证用标准、技术规范等作了明确规定。 [1]
2011年8月25日，国家认监委、工业和信息化部共同确定并发布了《国家统一推行的电子信息污染控制自愿性认证实施规则》和《国家统一推行的电子信息产品污染控制自愿性认证目录。
检测产品：
第一批列入国推自愿认证产品目录的产品包括：
（1）计算机、电视机、移动用户终端和电话机等的整机产品；
（2）电容器、电阻器、电子管等部件及元器件产品；
（3）鼠标、键盘、硬盘等组件产品；
（4）PCB板、油墨等电子材料产品。
认证模式：
模式一: 型式试验+获证后监督 适用部件及元器件产品、材料产品。
模式二: 抽样试验+获证后监督 适用部件及元器件产品。
模式三: 优化试验+获证后监督 适用整机产品、组件产品。
模式四: 抽样试验+初始工厂检查+获证后监督 适用规则范围内所有产品
