In recent years, the 60335 series of home appliance safety standards have been updated frequently, and what does the frequent mention of the requirement for the 19th test of IEC 61032 standard mean? What is the difference between the 18th experiment?

8.1.1 Addition:
For appliance components that are not more than 850mm above the ground after installation or normal use according to the instructions, in addition to using test probe 18, test probe 19 of IEC 61032 must also be used, which must be consistent with the provisions of test probe 18.
For humidifiers shaped or decorated like toys, the test probe 19 of IEC 61032 also applies to components located above 850mm above the floor according to instructions.
The test probe 18 of IEC 61032 is not applicable to appliances installed above 1.8 meters above the floor according to the instructions.
When applying the test probes 18 and 19 of IEC 61032 to the functional parts of humidifiers shaped or decorated like toys, any detachable components should be removed unless tools are required for disassembly.
