Comparing with my country's exports to Russia, it can be seen that most of the products exported from my country to Russia are within the scope of compulsory certification. Animal and plant products must also have animal and plant quarantine certificates, and food must also have health certificates.
2. Procedure: (3-year period)
1. Apply for certification and submit relevant documents;
2. Russian experts come to China to conduct factory audits;
3. Russian experts take samples and send them to the Russian National Laboratory;
4. Laboratory quality inspection;
5. The factory audit and laboratory inspection are all qualified, and the certificate is awarded.
6. The certification period depends on the preparation of the enterprise, generally no more than 3 months.
Note: In addition, the one-year certificate does not require factory inspection (that is, listed in item 2 above), and the cycle is one and a half months, that is, 6 weeks; the one-time certificate does not require factory inspection and sampling, and only needs to submit documents. , the cycle is 4-6 weeks.
3. Required information (after the official quotation)
1. Application form;
2. The information of the certified commodities: customs code, model, quantity, international or domestic production standards;
3. Manufacturer information;
4. Detailed description of the product, technical specifications, scope of use, and material composition;
5. The applicant's product qualification certificate;
6. Contracts with Russian importers;
7. The inspection and test report of the inspection conducted by the manufacturer or inspection agency;
8. ISO quality system certification (if any);
9. Russian label sample;
10. Product images or photos.
4. Inquiries made before the initial quotation:
1. Product list (product name and category, be sure to ask about several products);
2. The full name and website of the manufacturer and factory;

The above questions help to avoid peer inquiry. For products with insufficient information, we do not advocate casual quotation. If the customer has preliminary intention or consults a detailed quotation, please give the exact quotation after the customer fills in the form.
In addition, it is also necessary to ask the customer whether the goods have been exported to other countries, whether there are customers or signing orders in Russia, whether other certifications have been done, and so on.
The customer is required to provide the following information in English:

For 1-year, 3-year and 5-year certificates, the customer is required to provide the following English documents:
